A fine but cold morning over most of England, Wales, Ireland and southern Scotland. Lots of sunshine here throughout the day. Some cloud in northern and western Scotland as well as western ireland. Scattered showers affecting western Scotland too.

Staying fine this afternoon with more sunshine across England and Wales. eastern and southern Ireland stay sunny. Some thicker cloud in the north and west of Scotland as well as western coasts of Ireland. Some drizzle later in the day over the far northwest of Scotland.

Broken cloud tonight and dry in much of England, Wales and Ireland. Cloudier for western and northern Scotland.
