Misty and murky with fog patches in places, then dry tonight
Good morning,
It's a rather murky end to the year in central and southern England and Wales. PLenty of cloud through today, although some breaks here and there. It is likely to be feeling fairly cool too. Better in Scotland where there will be more sunny spells and it should stay dry as well.
This afternoon sees further coud in southern Wales and southern England, a risk of mist and fog patches lasting in parts of England and Wales into this afternoon, this slowly lifting. Where it does there should be some sunshine. Fair in much of the rest of Scotland and Ireland, although some cloud in the west. Tonight is likely to see mist and fog patches returning in England and Wales. Some drizzle in western Scotland and western Ireland. Drier in eastern parts of Ireland and eastern Scotland.
