Issued: 0530hrs Saturday 28th November 2020 Duty forecaster: Alexi Venerus
Mist and fog again but some patchy rain about too across central parts of the UK.
In the morning, fog and mist patches could be widespread again and rather dense in parts of England, Wales and Ireland. Patchy rain too will affect parts of Wales and central areas of England. Elsewhere, it will be largely dry with some sunny spells.
During the afternoon, the patchy rain will progress into northern regions of England and southern areas of Scotland allowing for much of Wales and central parts of England to become drier although stay largely cloudy. Where the fog does lift expect sunshine to appear, this best in the southeast of England. Dry with sunny spells continuing across the rest of Scotland and much of Northern Ireland.
Overnight, cloud and patchy outbreaks of rain will continue and linger across northern parts of England, northern parts of Ireland and move into Northern Ireland as well as southern areas of Scotland. Elsewhere should remain dry but with fog and mist patches again developing across much of England, Wales and southern parts of Ireland. Slightly breezier across northern Scotland with the risk for some light patchy rain here.
