Issued: 0530hrs Sunday 8th November 2020 Duty forecaster: Alexi Venerus
Largely cloudy yet relatively mild. Some rain about too.
This morning will be largely cloudy. Mist and fog will also affect eastern areas again. A band of rain will push Ireland, Northern Ireland as well as across Wales, southwest England and on into southwest Scotland, heavy at times first thing, but conditions should improve once the rain clears. Elsewhere, it should stay dry.
This afternoon, staying cloudy but the band of rain will broaden and turn progressively light and patchy as it pushes eastwards across Scotland. Some patchy rain also pushing across many western and central parts of England. Largely dry elsewhere although more rain is expected across southwest England and southern Ireland later.
Overnight, largely cloudy skies remain. Patchy light rain continuing to affect parts of Scotland and northern England. Heavier, more persistent rain will spread up from the southwest as the night progresses with much of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales and western areas of England still seeing rain by dawn. Mild.
