Breezy with showers in the north and west. Dry and fine elsewhere.

In the morning, there will be variable cloud cover witht he best of the sunny spells across England, Wales and southern Ireland. Showery rain affecting Northern Ireland and western Scotland. Breezy here too.

In the afternoon, showery rain continues across west Scotland with showers moving into eastern areas. Showers also expected to affect northwest England and northwest Wales with longer spells of rain moving in to Northern Ireland. Staying dry with sunny spells further south.

Overnight, windy further north and breezy in the south. Blustery showers, some merging into longer spells of rain across Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland. Largely dry with some clear spells elsewhere.
