Dry, sunny spells for most and feeling warm
If you're waking up to some showers in southeast England this morning, it is likely that drier weather will be with you shortly. For the rest of the British Isles this morning starts fair with plenty of sunshine. There will be some cloud in western Scotland, some drizzle could fall here later.
This afternoon sees cloud tending to increase in the south of the country, although some bright or sunny spells continues for most. A few spots of rain could affect northwest Scotland and Shetland, but generally it will be dry. A warm day in the sunshine.
Tonight sees cloud increasing for all. Outbreaks of rain and drizzle starting to affect western and southern coasts of Wales and England later. More persistent rain arrives in western Ireland, the winds increasing here too.
