Colder temperatures, frosty night, but plenty of dry weather

Turning colder on Friday and then remains chilly through the weekend an into next week. There will be a few showers over northern and eastern coasts, but for most it stays mostly dry. Sunnier in the west.

Sunday 29/3/20
A cool day again with a northeast wind and a few showers around northern and eastern coasts. Elsewhere it will be dry with sunny spells, the best of the sunshine in the west and across Ireland. Cloudier skies over northern and eastern coastal areas. Highs around 6 to 8C.

Monday 30/3/20
Feeling raw on Monday with a north to northeast wind blowing wintry showers over eastern coasts and hills and into the eastern Midlands and southeast England. Western parts will be drier and brighter with sunny spells. Highs at 7 to 9C but feeling cold again in the wind.
 

Tuesday 31/3/20
High pressure remains west of the country on Tuesday. There will be showers in northern Scotland, with some showers too in East Anglia and southeast England. Further west it should be drier, although with a fair amount of cloud for most. Highs at 7 to 10C.

 
 
 

Wednesday 1/4/20
A northerly flow affecting much of the country through Wednesday. There will be some showers in the wind, most in northern and eastern Ireland as well as northern and eastern parts of the UK. Drier where sheltered from the breeze with sunny spells. Highs at 7 to 10C.

Thursday 2/4/20
Showers in northern and western Scotland and Ireland on Thursday as the high pressure drifts southwest of Ireland. Drier in the south and east with sunny spells, although scattered showers on the hills of Wales. Highs at 7 to 12C.

Friday 3/4/20
Further showers in northern and eastern parts of Scotland and also down the eastern coasts of England. Fair in the west with sunny spells, although increased cloud in western Ireland. Highs at 6 to 9C.
