Plenty of dry weather, becoming warmer through the week

High pressure remains in control through the coming week. The easterly flow brings milder air which will allow temperatures to rise, feeling warm for some. Not much rain either during the week once Monday and Tuesdays rain has petered out. Just need to watch for the chance of some drizzle at times on eastern coasts.

Wednesday 17/4/19
High pressure remains on Wednesday giving an east to southeast flow. It will be feeling mild in sunny spells, best in the west. few showers may be triggered over the Home Counties with this showers extending into the Midlands and southern England as well as Wales in the afternoon. Bright for most with further spells of sunshine and highs at 11C in eastern Scotland, mostly 15 to 18C.

Thursday 18/4/19
High pressure brings mostly dry weather through Thursday but with a fair amount of cloud. The risk of an afternoon shower over the hills of central and northern England. Fair in western Wales and western Ireland with sunny spells. Temperatures at 12C on eastern coasts, more widely 16 to 19C.
 

Good Friday 19/4/19
Pressure stays high on Friday. An easterly flow for England and Wales bringing sunny spells and mainly dry weather. Fair too in Scotland and most of Ireland, although there is a risk of broken cloud on eastern coasts. Highs at 12C on eastern coasts, 19 to 21C in western areas.
 

Saturday 20/4/19
Fair on Saturday with pressure staying high. Warm with reasonable spells of sunshine although always the risk of some rain on eastern coasts. Highs at 15 to 20C.

Easter Sunday 21/4/19
Sunny spells and warm on Sunday with broken cloud, much of it in the east. Cloud and the chance of a few spots of rain int eh far west of Ireland. Temperatures at 17 to 21C.

Holiday Monday 21/4/19
Staying fair on Holiday Monday. It should be feeling mild with sunny spells. Highs at 16 to 20C.
