Misty and murky, fog not clearing some areas
A chilly few days ahead with some cold weather too. Higher pressure is going to be developing bringing some mist and fog patches, some of which may not clear. It will be dark and murky on many days with a risk of drizzle at times.

Saturday 28/11/20
High pressure to the east with an east to southeast flow. There will be quite a lot of mist and low cloud with some drizzle in places. The risk of more persistent rain or drizzle in the east. There will be a few brighter spells though, these most likely in western Scotland and northwest England. A cold day for many with highs at 4 to 6C, around 8C in the southeast.
 Sunday 29/11/20
High pressure remains over the UK and Ireland on Sunday. A murky day for many with mist and some fog. This will be slow to clear. Some drizzle affecting eastern coasts and hills. A few brighter spells in the west. Highs at 5 to 8C.
 Monday 30/11/20
Higher pressure remains over the UK and Ireland on Monday. There could be further mist and fog over Wales and England, but this may lift to give sunny spells. Breezy and cloudy in western Scotland with rain here. Brighter in the east. Highs at 5 to 8C.
Tuesday 1/12/20
High pressure is centred over the UK and Ireland on Tuesday. Misty and murky for many with some fog in places. Drizzle in a few areas. A few breaks could occur in the cloud with some bright or sunny spells developing. Highs at 5 to 8C.
Wednesday 2/12/20
High pressure remains east of the UK. There will be a south to southeast flow. Broken cloud for most with a few bright or sunny spells here and there. Some drizzle affecting eastern coasts and hills. Highs at 6 to 8C.
Thursday 3/12/20
An easterly flow developing bringing some rain and drizzle in the east. This could turn a little wintry at times in northeast England and eastern Scotland. Drier to the west but staying cloudy here. Highs at 5 to 7C and feeling cold.
