More mixed conditions expected as rain pushes through at times. High pressure close by allowing for dry periods too.

The weather is turning more mixed through the next week with rain and strengthened winds at times. High pressure staying close by, however, so there will be dry periods too, particularly so across southern and eastern areas. Temperatures around or slightly above average as a southerly wind prevails.

Tuesday 10/11/20
Low pressure fills up as it moves across the UK on Tuesday. Showery bursts of rain pass eastwards and eventually fade allowing for sunny spells to develop and largely dry conditions. All areas looks set to stay a little milder too as a south to southwesterly flow prevails. Highs at 11 to 15C.
 


Wednesday 11/11/20
A dry start for many but quickly becoming increasingly cloudy. Rain already affecting western areas will push eastwards through the day with winds strengthening as the rain nears and passes through. It should stay dry for many eastern areas throughout much of the day but turning increasingly cloudy. High temperatures at 11 to 14C.
 


Thursday 12/11/20
A chilly start for northern areas. Rain should clear eastern areas first thing on Thursday allowing for largely dry conditions across much of the country. Although there will be more cloud and some patchy rain moving across far western areas of the UK and Ireland as low pressure sits to the west of Ireland. Windy to the west too. Highs of 9 to 13C.

Friday 13/11/20
A cloudy start for many with heavy rain across Northern Ireland and western Scotland.Drier further east. Rain will spread eastwards through the day, heavy and persistent in places across the north and west. Conditions generally improving for atleast a short while for many behind the rain with sunny spells. A rather breezy day too. Highs of 10 to 14C.

Saturday 14/11/20
Saturday could be breezy still. Largely dry conditions expected across southern and southeastern areas of England. Cloudier skies and some patchy outbreaks of rain to the north and west. Highs of 10 to 14C.

Sunday 15/11/20
Southern and eastern areas look like to have a dry and fine day, however, there looks to be increasing cloud cover towards the north and west as rain pushes in across these areas. Highs of 10 to 14C.
