Thursday
High pressure north of Scotland on Thursday. The east to northeast wind brings more cloud and a few showers northern and eastern England as well as into eastern and some western regions of Scotland. Ireland and Northern Ireland will also see cloudier skies and the increased risk of some showers today. Brighter in central and southern England and Wales with more widespread sunny spells here. Highs at 6 to 10C.


Thursday Night
Mist and fog patches to develop across Scotland, northern England and Ireland overnight along with the odd shower or two pushing through. Most staying dry with clears spells and a frost developing for many. Lows at -2 to 3C.

 
 
 


Friday
Mist and fog first thing on Friday should gradually lift through the morning. The UK and Ireland stays under high pressure on Friday giving plenty of dry weather with the best spells of sunshine in the south and west. Some cloud in eastern areas and a few showers here too. Highs at 7 to 9C after a morning frost.
 


Saturday
A weak front may bring some patchy rain or sleet to northern and central Scotland on Saturday. A morning frost for many. Cloudier in the east with showers pushing westwards. Brighter in the west with the best of the sunny spells. Highs at 5 to 9C.
