Largely dry
Sunniest north & west

Patchy drizzly rain, dull for some

Good morning,

High pressure is centred south-west of Ireland, and also west of Norway, extending across the north & west of the British Isles today. Dry for many areas, with sunshine best across the north and west.

A weakening front is draped south-west to north-east across England producing a zone of cloud. Murky conditions this morning, with hill fog and patchy drizzle, but this tending to break up. Patchy rain may also affect eastern coasts of England.

A warm front nudges into the far west of Scotland and Ireland later, with some drizzle around coasts. Winds mostly light, although a fresh north-easterly affects coasts in the south-east.

Today's top temperatures around 23C in the London area, 19 to 21C central-southern England, 16 to 18C elsewhere, but locally just 14C in the north-east England if it stays dull.

Have a great day.
Garry
