Cloudy and damp, mild tonight

Rather a windy and damp morning with outbreaks of rain in western areas. The rain heavy at times in western Scotland. Drier in the east at first, but a few spots of rain her later. Feeling cool in the wind.

This afternoon sees rain in Scotland and eastern England. Turning drier from the west although still with drizzle and low cloud shrouding the hills. Some brighter spells developing in Ireland.

Tonight sees rain clearing easy. Becoming drier for most although the wind and rain increasing again in Ireland later.
