Friday 25/10/19
Heavy rain affecting southern Ireland, Wales and western England on Friday, this moving eastwards during the afternoon and evening. Local flooding could occur in the west. Increasingly windy. Drier in the east at first, but the winds increasing later as rain arrives. Brighter and colder for northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland with heavy showers in northern and western Scotland. Highs at 7 to 9C for many, but 14C in southern England.


Saturday 26/10/19
Rain may affect much of central and southern England and parts of southern Wales on Saturday morning as a front clears south, although there is much uncertainty in this. Drier and colder to the north witn sunny spells. Some heavy showers and stronger winds in northern and western Scotland, snow on the hills. Further showers for northwest England and Northern Ireland. Highs at 6 to 9C.


Sunday 27/10/19
High pressure builds west of Ireland on Sunday. Depsite it being cold many places should be bright and dry with good spells of sunshine. For northern Scotland and Northern Ireland there will be some showers, these wintry on hills in Scotland. Further showers affecting northwest England and north Wales. The best sunshine and driest weather to the south. Highs at 6 to 11C.


Monday 28/10/19
High pressure to the west of Ireland on Monday. This leaves a northerly flow across all areas making it feel cold. There will be some coastal showers, especially around western, northern and eastern coasts. The showers wintry over northern Scotland. Highs at 6 to 9C and feeling colder in the wind.


Tuesday 29/10/19
High pressure stays to the west of Ireland on Tuesday. It's likely to be dry in the west with the best sunshine here. Some showers over eastern coasts and hills. A few showers to the south as well. Feeling chilly, highs at 7 to 11C.

Monday 30/10/19
A ridge of high pressure persists on Monday. This brings a fair and cool day. Low pressure to the north of Scotland pushes some more persistent rain and showers in northern Scotland, falling as snow on hills. Highs at 6 to 10C.
