Possibility of heavy rain in the north and west

Good morning,

Rain, some heavy, early into Ireland spreading northeast towards Scotland. Some rain or drizzle also extending into coasts and hills of Northwest England and North Wales. Dry for much of England and Wales, though, with some sunshine, especially in eastern areas.
 


Highest temperatures today 14 to 17C in northern and western areas, where it will be breezy, up to a reasonably warm 22C in the southeast.
