Sunday
Cloudy skies and outbreaks of rain progressively moving eastwards across Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland in the morning, though clearing from western areas here later. High cloud will build across west & northern England and Wales, with rain pushing in by afternoon, persistent by evening. Staying largely dry with the best of the lasting sunshine across central and southeast England where highs will climb to 20 or 22C. Elsewhere, highs at 12 to 17C.


Sunday night
Cloud with outbreaks of rain gradually clearing Wales as well as north and central England overnight. SE England staying cloudy with patchy rain. Elsewhere will see clear skies and mostly dry conditions, though a few showers affecting western coasts, giving a chilly start to Monday. Lows at 4 to 10C.
 


Monday
The cold front over SE England on Monday will see cloudier skies and outbreaks of rain in the morning. Tending to break up, but patchy rain and some local showery bursts are likely into the afternoon, focused over central and eastern areas of Scotland and England. Drier and brighter for western Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Feeling cooler with a fresh northerly breeze and highs at 12 to 16C.


Tuesday
High pressure centres just to the west of Ireland on Tuesday allowing for many areas to stay dry and fine. Meanwhile, a weakened front will bring some variable cloud for a time and the risk of some showery rain across Scotland, Northern Ireland then on across parts of northern England later. Highs at 12 to 17C.
