High pressure extends through the British Isles on Wednesday. A weak front pushes a band of cloud and the odd spot of rain south through Scotland and Northern Ireland. The cloud breaks with some sunny spells. For the rest of the UK and Ireland it is going to be dry and bright with further spells of sunshine. Highs at 20 to 22C in sunshine, nearer 12C in northern Scotland.
 


Wednesday Night
A dry night with clear spells. Breezy across the Northern Isles. Lows dropping to 5 to 9C.

 
 
 


Thursday
Pressure remains high on Thursday. It is going to be staying mostly dry with sunny spells. Always more cloud in the far north and northwest of Scotland, a few spots of rain over high ground in the far north. The afternoon remains similar with dry weather and sunny spells for most areas. Highs near 22C in southern England, 12C in northern Scotland.
 


Friday
High pressure over the UK and Ireland on Friday. It is going to be dry with broken cloud and lots of sunshine. Breezy in the far south of England. Highs at 14C to 21C, warmest further west and north.
