Sunday
An area of cloud through southern Ireland, Wales, the Midlands and eastern England on Sunday morning, slowly edging south but breaking to give some bright and sunny spells. Some broken cloud to in northern Scotland. Elsewhere the morning will be bright and dry with plenty of sunshine. Not much changes this afternoon with a dry afternoon and sunny spells ahead. A noticeable easterly breeze for much of England and Wales. Always more cloud in southern England, thicker cloud in much of Scotland, although some decent spells of sunshine for eastern Scotland. Highs at a pleasent 22C in the sunshine, but just 11C in northwest Scotland.


Sunday Night
Dry tonight with any cloud being well broken. Good clear spells over much of the country. Always a tendency for more cloud in northern Scotland and perhaps parts of eastern England. Breezy in the far south of England. Lows of 5C under the clearer skies, 8C in the breeze and any cloud.
 


Holiday Monday
High pressure remains in control of the weather across the British Isles on Monday. The easterly breeze in the south may bring some broken cloud through many areas of England, Wales and Ireland, and it's likely to be feeling cooler here as a result of that. The best sunshine in western Scotland and western Ireland. Highs at 21C in western Scotland and western Ireland, 17 to 19C for most other areas.


Tuesday
High pressure centred over the British Isles again on Tuesday. Another fair day ahead, but some morning mist patches in Scotland although these clearing quickly. The day is then dry and bright for all. A tendency for more cloud in central and eastern areas, the best sunshine in the north and west. A moderate east to northeast breeze in much of England. Highs at 17C in eastern England, widely 19 to 21C.
