Monday
Cloudier skies and some patchy rain on the remnants of the cold front across south and southeast England first thing on Monday before this clears with brighter conditions to follow. Bright with sunny spells and largely dry weather elsewhere, though there will be some developing scattered showers about too. Feeling fresher and cooler with highs at 11 to 16C.

 


Monday night
A largely dry and clear night, with a few mist patches developing, though more cloud acorss northern Scotland where there is likely to be some patchy rain. The rain sinking south across Scotland by dawn. Lows dropping back to a chilly 4 to 7C.

 
 
 


Tuesday
High pressure centres just to the west of Ireland on Tuesday allowing for many areas to stay dry and fine. Meanwhile, a weakened front will sink south and bring thicker cloud for a time and the risk of some showery rain across Scotland then into northern England. Highs at 12 to 17C, cooler through northern Scotland.
 


Wednesday
High pressure extends across much of the country on Wednesday with broken cloud and warm sunshine for many, though Atlantic fronts will bring thicker cloud and some patchy rain to northwest Scotland and northwest Ireland. Highs at 12 to 18C.
