Sunny spells and dry for most, increasing cloud in the west
A cold northwest wind affecting all parts of the country through this morning. There will be sunny spells and it should be mostly dry. Increasing cloud in western Ireland and western Scotland with a few showers here. Other areas will be dry.
This afternoon sees further coud in western Scotland and Ireland. This brings some spots of rain and drizzle with it, these also affecting western coasts of Ireland. Other areas tending to stay bright although with cloud increasing as the wind ease.
This evening and tonight brings cloud through Scotland and Ireland. Rain and drizzle for northwest Scotland. Other areas should be dry with some clear skies in southeast England.
