Snow showers draped around coasts in west, north and east

Good morning,

It's another bitterly cold feeling day today with considerable chill-factor where exposed to brisk northwesterly winds.

For many it will be dry, bright and sunny again, best across central, southern and eastern regions.

Wintry showers will once again run inland from the northwest into Wales and southwest England, with snow and hail often falling to low elevations, but becoming mostly rain with time near coasts. Northern Scotland will also see frequent snow showers. A few of these snow showers may also clip eastern England for a few hours in the middle of the day.

Today's top temperatures will read 2 to 5C on the thermometer, but in the wind it feel below freezing.

Have a great day.
Garry
