Plenty of sun

High pressure ensures that mostly dry and sunny conditions prevail.

Good Morning,

High pressure to the northeast of the British Isles ensures that mostly dry and sunny conditions prevail through Sunday. A weak front off to the west of Ireland brings some high cloud over Ireland, the far west of Scotland and the far southwest of England and Wales through the morning. Otherwise, it's a sunny start to day.

Cloud may lower over Ireland and Northern Ireland through the afternoon bringing a slight chance of a light shower here but across most of the country it continues dry and sunny through Sunday afternoon. Warmest temperatures in the low to mid twenties over central and western areas as an onshore breeze from the North Sea keeps temepratures pegged back on eastern coasts.

Any afternoon showers over Ireland fade into the evening leaving a dry end to the day for much of the British Isles. The best of the sun continuing to be over central and eastern areas.

Have a good day!

Claire
