A cloudier day, some mist and drizzle over western coasts and hills

Good morning,

It's a cloudier morning for many of us, following the sunshine of Bank Holiday Monday. There is some mist and drizzle over western hills and coasts of England and Wales, but it is dry for other areas. Brighter in northeast Scotland and across northern and western Ireland, some showers in northwest Scotland.

It stays rather cloudy for many of us this afternoon but it will be mostly dry. Again a chance of a spot of drizzle over western coast and hills, other wise it is dry. Best sunny spells in the far north of Scotland, and also in the far south of England. A cooler day for many, although we may still make it to the low-20;s in southern England in the sunshine. More cloud tonight, perhaps with a showers in the Midlands and southern England. A few bits of rain in northern Scotland too. Dry for most though.
