Morning Call - June 14, 2019
Areas of rain again
Driest southeast

Local heavy downpours

Good morning,

Low pressure centred northwest of Britain maintains unsettled conditions for most places. A front wrapped around the low extends across England & Wales, with frequent rain for some.

Some heavy and perhaps thundery bursts are possible for mid-Wales, and across the Pennines through the afternoon, drifting into northeast England. Local slow-moving heavy downpours may form in Northern Ireland and Scotland, but very hit and miss.

Patchy rain for southern England in the morning should break up, leaving much of the south coast and East Anglia largely dry with some warm sunshine into the afternoon. A fresh south to southwest breeze for many places.

Today's top temperatures up to 19 or 20C in the southeast, nearer 15 to 17C in central areas, but only 10 to 13C in the northwest and during rain.

Have a great day.
Garry
