Grey and damp
Milder

A westerly breeze

Good morning,

Low pressure is to the north of Scotland, whilst high pressure is to the south-west of the British Isles today. A milder westerly pattern compared to recent days.

Fronts are passing eastwards, with patchy rain and a lot of low cloud, poorest conditions toward the west and north-west, where drizzly and damp conditions may persist much of the day, with steadier rain at times over the hills.

A little sun may break through in southern and eastern regions. A fresh breeze affects many areas, but at least the air is fairly mild.

Today's top temperatures will reach 8 to 11C, locally cooler in northern Scotland.

Have a great day.
Garry
