Saturday 22/6/19 Pressure is likely to be staying high on Saturday, although the anticyclone is east of the UK. This allows from a dry morning for most with sunny spells. However, increased cloud in western parts of the UK and Ireland with the chance of a shower forming here. The afternoon could see some more persistent showers in eastern Scotland and eastern England, isolated showers to the west. Tops at a warm 23C in southern England, 16C in northern Scotland.
Sunday 23/6/19 Low pressure to the southwest of Ireland, higher pressure to the north. Cloud and rain leaking into southern Ireland, Wales and southwest England through the afternoon. A few showers in Scotland. Drier elsewhere, some sunny spells in the east. Highs at 23C in the south, 16C in northern Scotland.
Monday 24/6/19 Low pressure over Ireland on Monday. A front moving north and east brings rain, this heavy in Scotland. Slowly turning drier to the south as the rain fades. Warmer air wafts north and it will feel muggy. Tops at 24C in southern England, 14C in northern Scotland.
Tuesday 25/6/19 The area of low pressure is expected to be southwest of Ireland on Tuesday. With muggy air passing north over the UK and Ireland, thundery showers are likely. Uncertainty in where most of this rain will be. Highs at 18 to 27C.
Wednesday 26/6/19 Pressure stays low over the UK and Ireland on Wednesday. Rain passes north and east, again some of it heavy. Probably brighter in England, Wales and Ireland, although heavy showers in the west. Tops at 16 to 24C
Thursday 27/6/19 Another showery day on Thursday. There will be some bright spells as well. Highs around 14C in northern Scotland, 22C in southern England.
