Sunday
Fronts bring a wet day to southern Scotland and across northern England. The rain extends into the northern Midlands. A few showers in southern England and Wales as well as across Ireland but it will be a mostly dry and bright day here on the whole. Heavier showers too for northern Scotland though there will also be some good spells of sunshine here. Highs at 22C in northern Scotland, 24C in southern England and 16 to 18C for most.


Sunday Night
Rain continuing for southern and central parts of Scotland through the night but easing elsewhere. A dry but mostly cloudy night for most. Clearest skies for western Ireland, the southwest UK, eastern England and the northeast of Scotland. Overnight lows widely at 10 to 15C.
 


Monday
Low pressure will bring gales and heavy rain into southwestern England and Wales on Monday. Heavy showers in northern Scotland, fewer showers in the south of Scotland. A scattering of showers in Ireland. Drier in central, northern and eastern parts of England with good spells of sunshine. High temperatures at 22 to 25C in eastern England, 19 to 21C for eastern parts of Ireland and Scotland, 16 to 19C elsewhere.


Tuesday
An area of low pressure tracks to the east across southern England on Tuesday bringing outbreaks of rain to Wales, western, southern and central parts of England and southwest Scotland through the day. Gales possible at times for southern parts of England and Wales. A mixture of sunshine and showers over Ireland and Northern Ireland and for northern and eastern parts of Scotland. Highs at 17C in northern Scotland, 23C in southern England.
