Morning Call - November 11, 2018
Showery west & south
Sunny spells

Issued: 0530hrs Sunday 11th November 2018
Duty forecaster: Garry Nicholson

Breezy, fairly mild

Good morning,

An extensive and deep area of low pressure is centred over the north Atlantic to the west/north-west of the British Isles today.

Various troughs affect Britain and Ireland bringing clusters of heavy showers, focused on west & southern coasts. A risk of hail and isolated thunder. Gusty southwesterly winds, particularly near coasts.

Showers will move further inland through the day, although few will reach eastern England and northern Scotland, where there will be good spells of sunshine.

Today's top temperatures will reach 9 to 13C, mildest in the south-east. Staying frost free into tonight.

Have a great day.
Garry
