Morning Call - November 19, 2018
Cloud spreading westward throughout the day
Chance of light rain or drizzle for eastern areas

Issued: 0530hrs Monday 19th November 2018
Duty forecaster: Claire Darbinyan

SUMMARY

Good morning,

A cloudy, murky start to the day for eastern areas, brighter in the west. The cloud will continue to push westward across the country reaching most areas by the early evening with the exceptions of western Ireland, western Scotland and the northwest of England. These areas will see the best of the day's sunshine.

As the day develops there will be an increasing chance of some light rain or drizzle for eastern areas particularly for Fife and the southeast of England.

Moderate to fresh northeast to easterly winds will affect much of the country with the strongest winds along the southern coasts of England and Wales and around the Northern Isles. High temperatures will widely reach 6 to 8C today though parts of the southwest and southeast may see double figures but it will feel much cooler than that in the easterly winds.

Have a great day!

Claire
