Snowy over eastern Europe and Baltic
Heavy rain moves eastwards across Spain, breaking up into showers from the west and for Portugal. Snow over northern mountainous areas of Spain. The Balearics also sees heavy rain. Showers or outbreaks of rain affecting much of Italy, snow on high ground. Greece will have some heavy showers whilst heavy rain affects much of Turkey.
Rain, sleet and some snow in northern France. Dry and sunny in central and southern France. Sleet and snow showers in the Low Countries. Germany will have sunshine and scattered snow showers. Cold and snowy for Poland, blizzards in the east. Further snow in much of Hungary. Cold and bright in Switzerland and Hungary. Scattered wintry showers for Switzerland and Austria as well as being cold.
Sunny spells and cold for Denmark. Staying cold too in the Baltic States and windy here. Cold for Finland with a few snow showers. Areas of snow in north and eastern Sweden. Cold and dry with sunny spells for Norway, local showers near coasts.
Another spells of heavy rain sweeps in across Spain and Portugal, heaviest toward the north and west, again with snow on the mountains. Thundery rain pushing southwards through the day, reaching the Balearics later. Areas of showers around coasts of Italy and the Balkans, snow in the mountains. Showery for western Greece. Drier for the Greek islands. Showery for Turkey and Cyprus.
A dry but cold day for most of France, the Low Countries and western Germany. Also a fine day for much of the Alps and into northern Italy. Some freezing fog possible. Areas of snow showers for eastern Germany and Poland. Some snow flurries for Hungary and Romania.
Strong winds around the Baltic Sea. Snow flurries affecting eastern Sweden and some heavier constant snow over the Baltic states advancing north into Finland. Dry and very cold across Norway and much of the far north of Scandinavia.
