Cold with snow showers in northern Europe, better in the Mediterranean
Showers for the south and west of Spain on Tuesday. Showery too across Portugal with some of them heavy. The showers could also affect Ibiza but Mallorca and Menorca stay dry. Some rain in northern Italy but dry in central and southern areas. Greece will have showers in the west. Turkey should be dry with sunny spells.
Rain for the far north of France but fair for most of the country. Some wintry showers in the Low Countries and northern Germany but fair in the south. Further snow showers across Poland. Hungary will have some snow whilst much of Austria and Switzerland will be dry.
Cold for Denmark with some snow showers. Further snow showers affecting the Baltic States and Finland. Sweden should be dry and cold. Frequent snow showers for the west and north of Norway.
It will be raining heavily across much of Portugal and southern Spain on Wednesday. Fair for eastern Spain, but some showers affecting the Balearics. Corsica and Sardinia should be dry. Cloudy across Italy with some rain in central areas but dry north and south. An unsettled day for Greece with outbreaks of rain at times. Some showers affecting southern parts of Turkey, but most of the country should be dry and cold.
France will have some showers in the south, but central and northern areas will be chilly but dry. Wintry showers affecting the Netherlands and much of Germany, but some sunny spells in between. Cold too in Poland with a mix of wintry showers and bright spells. Austria will be dry with some good smells of sunshine and similar weather is expected in Hungary. Switzerland two should be dry and sunny.
Sunny spells and scattered wintry showers for Denmark. Snow may affect the far east of Sweden, with wind and snow across the Baltic states and some heavy snowfall Finland. Further heavy snow showers affecting western parts of Norway, but drier to the south and east.
