Wet for central and southern Europe, some snow, colder northern Europe
Heavy rain again affects Spain and Portugal today. Rain reaching the Balearics later. Fair for most of Corsica and Sardinia with some heavy rain to come in southern Italy. Rain for western Greece but dry east and south. Fair for western Turkey but some rain in the east. France will have some rain and sleet in the north. Southern areas brighter with a few showers. Cold for the Low Countries but dry with some brightness. Cold and dry in northern Germany although some snow in the far south. Poland will have snow in central areas, but cold and dry in the north. Hungary should be dry and bright whilst Austria is also dry, although some rain and sleet in Switzerland.
Cold for Denmark with some sleet and snow at times. Snow too afecting the Baltic States and Finland as well as strong winds here. More snow showers in central and southern Sweden. Norway remins cold and wintry with snow showers, strong winds in the west as well.
Wet weather continues through Iberia on Thursday. Heavy showers or longer spells of rain affecting many areas. Rain too in the balearics and this pushes through Corsica and into northern Italy. Southern Italy will be brighter with a few showers. Some showers too in western Greece but dry and bright in the east. Turkey will be bright with sunny spells and scattered showers.
Windy in France and cold with some snow in central and northern areas. Wet in the south with heavy rain. Brighter with some snow showers for the Netherlands and northern Germany. Dry and bright in Poland as wel as much of southern Germany and Hungary. Cold and sunny in Austria but some snow in western Switzerland.
Cold with some snow flurries for Denmark. Chilly again in the Baltic States. A few snow showers in Finland. Sweden will be dry and cold. Snow showers for western and north n coasts of Norway, some of them heavy.
