Less wet than recent weeks, milder too

Becoming milder towards the end of this week with the weather gradually becoming more unsettled too. Most rain is likely to be in western and southern areas and it will be windy here at times too. Little changes into next week.

Friday 22/11/19
Low pressure reamins over the west of the UK and Ireland on Friday. This brings cloud and periods of rain. Further rain in central and eastern Scotland, edging northwards. It will be rather cloudy for most other areas, although some brightness in eastwards area, with little change during the day. Turning brighter in western Ireland. Highs at 7 to 10C.

Saturday 23/11/19
Low pressure to the south of the country on Saturday. Rain extending through England and Wales, although it may be drier in northern England and Scotland. Drier too perhaps in western Wales and Ireland, although always a risk of rain in eastern Ireland. Highs at 8 to 12C.
 

Sunday 24/11/19
Low pressure to the west of Ireland on Sunday. Rain and windy conditions in Ireland and western Scotland. Drier in England and Wales with some brighter spells to the east. Highs at 7 to 12C.

 
 
 

Monday 25/11/19
Low pressure remains in control of the weather through Monday. It is likely to be windy and there will be heavy showers in the west. Drier in the east with broken cloud. Brighter spells too. Highs at 8 to 12C.

Tuesday 26/11/19
Low pressure stays over and to the west of Ireland on Tuesday. This brings rain and strong winds in many western areas. The east should be drier with some brighter spells here. Temperatures at 8 to 12C.

Wednesday 27/11/19
Low pressure remains to the west of Ireland on Wednesday. Further showers to the west, some of them heavy and prolonged. eastern areas should be drier. Tops at 8 to 12C.
