It will be another cloudy day for most, away for far north Scotland where a mix of showers and sunny spells is expected. Ireland and Scotland will see a wet day again, with some persistent rain. Further outbreaks of rain will spread north across the rest in the moderate southwesterly flow to give a period of rain or drizzle for most later in the afternoon and through the evening. Temperatures at 10C in north, and 12C in south.

As most rain will clear through the morning, a strong southwesterly wind will push frequent showers across most parts. Showers are expected to be heavy in places, especially in west, and may merge into a longer spell of rain over Scotland later. Windy with gales in northwest later, and with the temperature rising to around 12C in north and 15C in south.

Another mixed day for Saturday with outbreaks of heavy rain in north, and showers elsewhere. Showers will be heavy in places and will merge into a longer spell of rain for Ireland and Scotland later, with some snow expected for the Highlands area. Windy in places, with the maximum temperature at 8C in north, but 14C in south. Frost overnight over Scotland.

A mix of bright or sunny spells and frequent showers, these heavy mostly in west-southwest. Some snow is expected for the Highlands. Breezy with maximum temperatures at 6C in north, but 12C in south. Frost overnight over Scotland.

A mostly dry and bright start to the day for most, but soon showers will develop, these more frequent and heavy in west. Light winds, but strengthening through the day. Maximum temperature at 5C in north, but 12C in south.

A bright day with occasional showers, these more frequent and heavy in west-southwest. Breezy with maximum temperatures at 9C in north, and 14C in south.
