There is a possibility for some light rain over southeast England early in the morning, but this will soon clear. Occasional showers will persist over coastal areas through the day, but we will see some bright or sunny spells developing away from coast over England and Wales later in the morning and in the afternoon. Maximum temperatures at 8C in north, and 10C in south.

A few showers over eastern coastal areas in the evening. Thick cloud will arrive over Ireland along with a band of rain reaching the western counties by midnight, and gradually spreading east overnight into Tuesday, and reaching Wales and western parts of England by the early hours. Temperatures will drop to 3-4C in north with isolated patches of frost in sheltered areas, and 6-7C in south.
