Early fog and frost to clear by mid-morning to give a dry day with sunshine for most 2C at first 10C generally locally 12C likely during the afternoon. Cloudy during the morning for much of Scotland with coastal fog and low cloud slow to clear across Highland to Fife and Boarders into Northumberand. After a cloudy start Yorkshire to Norfolk sunshine durng the afternoon. 8C during the afternoon. Cheshire south to Oxfordshire, Devon to Hampshire and into midlands dry and sunny locally warm 10-13C.

Dry for most with sunshine, cloud tending to persist across Scotland, N.Ireland, Wales and northern England 5 to 7C with a freshening SE wind and increasing windchill. Remaining generally cloudy for midlands and southern England 8 to 10C Scattered showers likely to develop through the afternoon across Wiltshire to Kent. Rain overnight

A cloudy day for most, outbreaks of rain acoss Scotland clearing to showers, cloudy Tayside to Yorkshire with showers and scattered showers south Wales later. 6 to 8C generally .

Rather cloudy though mainly dry with sunshine and scattered showers, cloud most persistent towards and over eastern England and North Sea coasts, showers most likely East Anglia to Kent with a fresh NE wind.

Any overnight shallow fog clearing by mid-morning though may be slower to clear central areas of Scotland and Yorkshire staying dry with sunshine, 10C generally locally spring warmth central Highland and Tayside, Cheshire and Welsh Borders to Somerset 13C
