Friday
An area of low pressure will be moving through southern and southeast England on Friday, rain will be heavy and possibly thundery in places. The rain may also affect parts of the East Midlands and reach as far north as the North York Moors. Breezy across the southeast too. Tending to be dry with sunny spells in the far west of England, Wales and much of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland, though scattered showers may develop across Scotland into northern England later on. Highs between 14 to 20C but cooler across the southeast in the cloud and rain.

Friday Night
Rain will gradually clear offshore east Anglia overnight. Some patchy light rain across parts of Scotland, Wales and western areas of England, but largely dry elsewhere just with rather a lot of cloudy skies about. Lows at 5 to 11C generally but not reaching much lower than 12 or 13C across the southeast.
 

Saturday
Low pressure circulates to the west of Ireland bringing cloudy skies across Ireland and Northern Ireland with the risk of some patchy light rain pushing through here. Elsewhere, there will be sunny spells but also showers developing across Scotland, parts of England and Wales. Largely dry across southeastern areas, although cloud and showery rain is expected to push up from the near continent and over southern English counties and into the southeast through the evening and overnight, heavy and possibly thundery at times. Highs at 15 to 21C.

Sunday
Low pressure slips to the south of Ireland on Sunday while a separate low pressure systems pushes up through the North Sea. This brings some heavy rain across much of Ireland, England and Wales, possibly thundery in places. Plenty of mist and murk with low cloud on hills. A drier morning across Scotland but rain will push in during the afternoon. Turning drier across much of England and Wales later in the day. Top temperatures at 15 to 21C for most, 13C in the rain and cloud.
