Monday
High pressure is centred to the west of Scotland on Monday with lower pressure to the southwest. All areas will have a cold day. Isolated showers affect northern and eastern Scotland with one or two running down the eastern coasts of England as well as northern coasts of Northern Ireland. Cloudier to the southwest. Elsewhere the day is going to be sunny and dry with high temperatures at 6 to 10°C.


Monday Night
A mostly dry night from Monday into Tuesday though drizzly outbreaks of rain could affect southwestern areas. Clearest skies over northern and central areas where isolated mist and fog patches could form along with a patchy groundfrost. Overnight lows at -1 to 5°C for many, milder to the far south.
 


Tuesday
High pressure over Scotland on Tuesday brings a dry and fine day to many areas. There will be a morning frost in places, but then plenty of sunshine and dry weather for most. A weak front over southern Ireland and southwest England may bring some cloud and spots of rain here. A few showers possbile too for southeastern parts of England. Temperatures rising to between 7 and 11°C.


Wednesday
High pressure begins to slip east on Wednesday. They will be broken cloud and some mist around throughout the day. Most parts of the UK should be dry and with a few bright spells developing, the best of these to the east. Cloud builds from the west with rain affecting Ireland and, later, Northern Ireland and, perhaps, the far west of the UK. A cold day with high temperatures between 6 and 11°C.
