Morning Call - April 12, 2018
Grey skies again
Best in north-west

Issued: 0530hrs Thursday 12th April 2018
Duty forecaster: Garry Nicholson

A little rain or drizzle

Good morning,

High pressure is centred over Scandinavia, whilst complex broad areas of low pressure are located over France and Spain.

A murky easterly pattern influences the British Isles, with weak fronts producing grey skies and a little rain, mainly for central and eastern regions, but amounting to very little overall.

Some sunshine around southern coasts. Brightest toward the north-west, with lots of sunshine in the West Highlands. Generally hazy skies for most places at best.

Today's top temperatures will range from 6C in central & north-eastern areas, up to 14C in sunnier west and southern spots.

Have a great day.
Garry
