Unsettled conditions affect much of eastern Europe
A fine day in Spain and Portugal, plenty of sunshine and warm too. Some showers could affect southern Italy, but the north should be dry. Heavy showers, some of them thundery for Greece. Further thundery showers in Turkey, again these heavy at times.
Showers affecting central and eastern France, but drier to the west with some sunshine. Fair for the Low Countries but showers breaking out in Germany. The showers will be heavy and frequent in Poland. Hungary and Austria should be mostly dry with sunny spells whilst some heavy showers affect Switzerland.
Dry and cool for Denmark with some sunny spells. Showers in the Baltic States, some of them heavy. Further showers in Finland and these will be affecting Sweden too. Cool with sunny spells and showers across Norway.
Mostly dry and fine for Iberia though heavy rain arrives to the far northwest of Spain and far north of Portugal later. Dry and sunny for the Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sardinia and Italy. Early showers clear east from Greece to leave a dry and bright day here. Showers, some of them heavy and thundery, continue for Turkey but tend to fade through the day.
Mostly fine for France with a few showers to the far northeast. These affect the Low Countries too. Showers for Germany too, these heaviest to the south. Showers affect Austria, the Czech Republic and western Poland also. These may organise over central Poland to form a band of heavy, thundery rain that spreads eastward. This also affects Slovakia and northern Hungary.
Dry and fine for Denmark and for the Baltic States too though there may be isolated showers here at times. Dry and fine for much of Norway, Sweden and Finland though scattered showers affect southern areas.
