Thundery showers Italy and the Alps, dry and sunny in western Europe
Dry and fine for Portugal, Spain and the Balearic Islands with some broken cloud for Portugal and western Spain at times. Showers and thunderstorms continue over Corsica, Sardinia and northern Italy with a few of these spreading to the south later. A mostly dry and fine day for Greece and Turkey with the best of the sun, again, to the east.
A dry and fine day for France and the Low Countries. Isolated thunderstorms may develop over southern France later. Showers, some heavy, affecting Switzerland and Austria and these spread into Slovakia and Hungary later. A band of cloud and patchy rain sinks south across Germany and Poland, later reaching the Czech Republic, but there will be plenty of good spells of sunshine here too.
Early showers over Norway, Sweden and Denmark tend to fade leaving a mostly dry and sunny day here. Cloudier with patchy outbreaks of rain for Finland and the Baltic States. Some of these may be heavier close to the Baltic coast.
A scattering of showers in eastern and northern Spain today. Dry for most of the rest of Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine. Scattered showers in Corsica and Sardinia, heavy and thundery showers in southern Italy. Northern Italy should be fair with some sunshine. Greece and Turkey will be dry with good spells of sunshine throughout.
Far for France with more sunshine and dry. The Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland will be dry with more sunshine here. Hungary will be dry, but some showers affecting Austria and Switzerland.
Denmark is going to be sunny and should be dry. The dry weather extends through the Baltic States and Finland although it will be cold here. Further sunshine in Sweden and Norway, dry throughout the day.
