Sun and showers until weekend when weather turns unsettled.

Weather turns unsettled from this weekend as low pressure moves in bringing showers as well as longer spells of rain. Higher pressure attempts to ridge in across western areas later in the week suggesting a possible improvement in conditions from the west later.

Saturday 03/7/21
With low pressure to the west of Ireland on Saturday, rain will track northwards up the country, although perhaps fizzle out before northern England and Scotland. Across the north, sunny spells and showers are expected for mainly central and western areas, best of the drier weather furthest east. Showers will replace the rain further south and southwest. Highs at 16 to 22C yet feeling muggy.

Sunday looks to be a showery day with some sunny spells about too, showers could be on the heavy side for many. It looks to be a warmer day than Saturday and continues to feel humid. Highs at 17 to 24C.

 
 
 

Monday 05/7/21
Low pressure pushes in across western parts of Britain on Monday which will see a continuation of unsettled conditions. There will be spells of rain as well as heavy showers to most. Highs at 15 to 22C.

Tuesday 06/7/21
Staying unsettled on Tuesday with showers as well as longer spells of rain once again across the country. Giving any detail on where the heaviest of rain will be at this stage is too tricky. Highs at 14 to 22C.

Wednesday 07/7/21
Low pressure still about by midweek but it is showing signs the low could push off towards Scandinavia allowing for a ridge of higher pressure to bring in possible improved conditions further south and west. More likely looking to stay unsettled across northern areas. Highs at 13 to 21C.

Thursday 08/7/21
Thursday could perhaps see drier and brighter conditions coming about across Ireland, Northern Ireland and western parts of the UK as higher pressure ridges in more here. Staying mixed further east with cloudier skies and showery rain. Highs at 15 to 21C.
