Staying dry for most although some patchy drizzle in the east and cooler her by the end of the week
High-pressure is going to be keeping the weather mostly dry during the coming week. There will be a fair amount of cloud on most days and the chance of some drizzle or patchy rain here and there, mostly in the east. Temperatures are generally mild although it may turn colder for a time later this week and into the weekend across East Anglia and eastern England.

Friday 19/3/21 An area of high pressure stays close by western Ireland on Friday. A north to north-east and the flow affects many areas. There will be plenty of cloud across much of England, eastern Wales and eastern Scotland with a few spots of rain through central and southern areas of England during the morning. Brighter weather arrives across parts of eastern England during the day. It will also be brighter over western Wales and western England as well as western Scotland and Ireland. Dry for many. Highs at 9 or 10C in much of England and Wales, 14C in central Scotland and Ireland.
Saturday 20/3/21 High pressure remains on Saturday and is likely to be sent to the south-west of Ireland. There will be a fair amount of time for many areas and they could be one or two spots of drizzle across central and eastern areas. Most part should be dry though. Mild for most at 10 to 13C, but chillier in the far southeast at 8C.
Sunday 21/3/21 Pressure is high again on Sunday. Broken cloud and a scattering of light showers here and there, but most areas will be dry. Highs at 9 to 13C.
Monday 22/3/21 High pressure remains through Monday. It will be dry for most areas with broken clouds and a few bright or sunny spells here and there. The best of any sunshine in the east. Breeze here with thick clouds in northern Scotland and some outbreaks of rain and drizzle here. Mild again at 10 to 14C.
Tuesday 23/3/21 High-pressure to the south of Ireland on Tuesday. Again it will be mostly dry with broken clouds and the best of any sunshine in the east. The front brings rain into northern and north-west in Scotland. Highs at 14C in the south but 7C in northern Scotland.
Wednesday 24/3/21 The area of high-pressure dominates the weather across the UK and Ireland on Wednesday. A week front may bring some cloud and outbreaks of rain three parts of the Midlands and East Anglia. Brighter weather follows to Scotland and northern England. A cooler day at 6 to 11C.
