A mostly dry and fine day to be had with warm sunshine across many areas, though with a few showers perhaps developing across parts of Scotland into northern England. Thicker cloud cover through Northern Ireland as well as much of Ireland with outbreaks of rain affecting these areas, mostly western parts. Highs at 16 to 20C.
 


Thursday Night
Overnight, cloud and outbreaks of rain will affect Northern Ireland, eastern parts of Ireland as well as northern England into north Wales and far southern regions of Scotland. Elsewhere should stay dry with some clears spells about. Lows at 5 to 9C.

 
 
 


Platinum Jubilee Friday
Another day of sunny spells and showers about, these showers could be heavy at times across parts of Wales, southern Scotland and northern England. Showers also look to affect Northern Ireland and eastern regions of Ireland. Elsewhere, largely dry with warm sunshine. Highs at 15 to 23C.
 


Saturday
High pressure across the northern half of the country will bring a largely dry and fine day here. Expect some cloud in the east at first perhaps producing some light rain/drizzle for some. Otherwise there will be plenty of sunshine about across Scotland, Northern Ireland, northern parts of Ireland as well as northern England. More cloud about further south where there is a continued risk for some thundery, heavy showers to reach far southern English, Welsh and Irish counties through the day. A cooler breeze will affect eastern areas but warm elsewhere with highs at 17 to 21C.
