Dry for much of England and Wales with some sunshine but fog may be slow to clear in central and southern parts. Cloudier in the northwest, though, with perhaps spots of rain or drizzle. Rain or drizzle for parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland but dry and brighter in the east.

Fairly mild, highs 14 to 18C but colder where fog lingers.
