Morning Call - September 28, 2017
Nice once rain clears
Dry for most

Early rain in the east clearing, then fair with sunny spells

Good morning,

It's a damp and cloudy start to this Thursday morning in eastern parts of Scotland and the far east of England, having been a wet night over many areas of the UK. The good news is that the rain is now clearing from eastern areas, although it may take some time for the cloud to break/

Further west the sun has already broken through and this sunshine is likely to be extending into much of central and western Scotland, western and central England and Wales through the course of today. It stays fair across Ireland too with more sunny spells to come for much of the day here.

The winds will be picking up in western Ireland during this afternoon as the next area of low pressure blows rain in from the Atlantic, this then spreading into the rest of Ireland and the Uk this evening and overnight.
