High pressure building over western Europe sends colder air to the east
Dry and bright for Portugal, Spain and the Balearic Islands. Dry and fine too for Corsica, Sardinia and Italy though there will be some cloud around at times. Variable amounts of cloud around for Greece and Turkey too - tending to be cloudier to the north and brighter to the south.
Cloudy with outbreaks of heavy rain for northern France. Dry and bright to the south. Cloudy for the Netherlands and northern Germany with frequent showers here. A wet day for Belgium and southern Germany. Outbreaks of rain, some heavy, also affect Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic and southwestern parts of Poland. Dry but cloudy for northeastern Poland.
A wet and increasingly breezy day for Denmark while isolated wintry showers affect the northern Baltic States. Early wintry showers clear east from Finland leaving a mostly dry and bright day across the country as well as for Norway and Sweden. Cloud builds from the southwest and a band of rain and snow arrives to the far southwest of Norway and Sweden later.
A dry and bright day for Portugal, Spain and the Balearic Islands. Starting dry and bright for Italy too but rain develops later to the northeast and spreads south across central and southern parts of the country. A cloudier day for Greece and Turkey with isolated showers to the west. Outbreaks of rain and snow affect northern and eastern parts of Turkey.
Wintry showers for eastern parts of France, the Low Countries and Germany on Tuesday. These tending to ease through the day. Heavier, more peristent outbreaks of snow over the Alps. Early rain clears Slovakia and Hungary leaving a bright day with wintry showers here and for much of Poland and the Czech Republic too.
A dull day for Denmark with frequent showers. Brighter and mostly dry for the Baltic States though Lithuania could see occasional showers. A mostly dry and bright day across Norway, Sweden and Finland. Wintry showers affect southern parts of Norway and Sweden through the morning and western parts of Norway through the afternoon and evening.
