Easter Sunday
A dry start to Easter Sunday for almost all areas of the UK. There will be some cloud floating around, most of it higher level and som some bright or sunny spells are likely to. Cloud increasing in western areas as fronts approach bringing rain in central and western Ireland. The rain then turning more persistent in Ireland as the morning progresses and most areas here becoming wet for the afternoon. Patchy rain into western Scotland, western Wales and the far southwest of England by evening. The breeze increasing in the west too, becoming a moderate to fresh southerly. Highs at 13 to 15C.


Sunday Night
Fronts passing east overnight taking an area of rain with them. Some of the rain could be heavy at times and there is a risk of thunder. Showers following from the west into Ireland as well as western coasts of Scotland, England and Wales. Lows at 6 to 9C.

 
 
 


Holiday Monday
Monday will be turning more showery. Rain clearing eastern areas on Monday morning, although may linger over East Anglia and southeast England until mid-afternoon. A further area of rain, some heavy troubling much of Scotland, but turning drier in the northwest later. Showers for all other areas, some heavy and thundery. Highs at 14C in the east, but turning cooler from the west at 11 to 13C.


Tuesday
A fair morning on Tuesday. Good spells of sunshine in the east and dry for many. Cloud and rain affecting Ireland and southwest England this the spreading through the rest of Wales, central and southern England. A few spots of rain in northern England. Brighter in Scotland with some showers in the north at first, but then rain arrives in the south of Scotland in the afternoon. Windy in southern England. Highs at 9 to 12C.
