Thursday
Plenty of cloud with rain moving in on Thursday as low pressure pushes fronts northwards through the country. There will be some rain across central and southern parts of Scotland, this edging, slowly north. A further area of rain, reaching southern Ireland and south-west England by the middle of the day, this also edging north and eastwards during the afternoon. Drier in between the two areas of rain. Highs at 17C in any brightness in central England, 7C in northern Scotland.


Thursday Night
A cloudy and largely wet night for many, though rain will clear should mostly clear offshore by first thing on Friday allowing for western areas to see drier weather come about sooner. Lows at 4 to 10C.

 
 
 


Friday
Low pressure off east of the UK on Friday will see some patchy rain about and variable cloud cover in the morning gradually easing with sunny spells developing as the day progresses. A drier afternoon for most though cloudier with outbreaks of rain across northern Scotland and developing widespread showers affecting Ireland. Highs around 10 to 14C in the north, 15 to 18C further south.


Saturday
Weak fronts across northern and western areas on Saturday sees variable cloud cover and patchy rain across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland into northern England. Possible patchy light rain affecting Wales later, though the rest of Egnland should stay largely dry and fine with the best of the sunny spells. A warm day at 18C in sunshine in southern England, just 7C in northern Scotland.
