Cloudy, wet for many and humid

A cloudy morning with outbreaks of rain affecting Northern Ireland, Scotland into northern England and parts of central England and Wales. Drier further south.

Outbreaks of rain continue in the afternoon across Scotland, northern and central England though will have cleared much of Northern Ireland. Again mostly dry further south where some bright spells look to develop. Breeezy further north and west.

Rain clears eastern regions in the evening with many seeing a dry night, though scattered showers on to western coasts and hills. Heavier rain moving across Ireland and Northern Ireland during the early hours reaching western areas of the UK by morning. A muggy night.
